Liberation through self-knowing, to find greater freedom in your life-
What was your journey into this world?
I have been immersed in sacred sexuality for close to a decade. I began by attending trainings and exploring my own sexuality, relationships and conditioning; over time, that grew into producing temples, retreats, workshops and events with international facilitators in South Africa.
I also created a large conscious community where sexuality, intimacy and relating could be explored through ongoing conversation.
Eventually, I wanted to take the work deeper and bring the mind and body together. That led me into Sexological Bodywork and one-to-one sessions, where understanding does not only remain intellectual; it becomes something you can experience in your body.

What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?
I wish I could say they are always deeply ritualised, but they’re not…
Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because I was so grateful that I got to experience liberation and feeling comfortable in my own skin from these incredible practices.
I would like to help others feel the comfort of their own skin, mind, heart, body, as I did when I found this work in this community.
What is an unexpected pleasure you discovered in your work?
I feel so honoured to be able to get to know people’s inner world, and it’s not something that I would have expected to feel so privileged to experience.

What should more people know about your work?
My work is about slowing things down and gaining information and insights, and that, even though that doesn’t sound so sexy, it’s so liberating and energising.

What’s your superpower?
I’d like to think my superpower is having people feel really confident and comfortable in my presence through the way that I talk. It is through my humour and making things feel super familiar that people drop in.
We love vices. What’s yours?
Reality trash television. The more complicated the relationship dynamics, the more fascinated I become. I tell myself it is research, and sometimes it genuinely is.

Who are your sensual inspirations?
Hmm, interesting. I am going to choose Lola from Herené. I think she has created a very powerful liberated movement, and I just see her running her empire from a feminine, empowered, embodied powerhouse way.
