SEKA is a portal of heart liberation.
Intimacy, connection, sensuality begins with you. It begins in your body, with your body, before anyone else joins you in this dance.
SEKA helps you deepen this safety, this capacity to meet your human nature, your emotions and your sensual energy with self-trust and presence.
Direct energy attunement allows for your body to clear and alchemize difficult emotions and frequencies like shame, guilt, doubt, fear within a harmonious resonance field of unconditional love.
As your nervous system attunes to the energy your energy centers begin to purify and liberate the heart from blockages.

SEKA Sensual Embodied Kundalini Activation 1:1
SEKA is a portal of heart liberation.Intimacy, connection, sensuality begins with you. It begins in your body, with your body, before anyone else joins you in this dance.SEKA helps you deepen this safety, this capacity to meet your human nature, your emotions and your sensual energy with self-trust and presence. We open with intention, so the body knows what it's being invited into. From there, somatic movement guides you into deeper presence and safety in your physical body. The heart of the session is an hour of direct energy healing, where stagnant emotions move, the nervous system learns safety, and the body wakes up to its own aliveness.Your only role is to arrive and surrender to what's ready to move.We close with grounding, a space to share what moved through you, and a card pull for guidance as you step back into your life with clarity and direction.Post-session integration: This experience includes a text check-in two days after your session and a 10-20 minute somatic grounding meditation for solo integration. This is for the person ready to stop managing themselves and start listening to the body's wisdom instead.ONE SESSION. A BODY THAT REMEMBERS."During the day I noticed a glow on my face I hadn't seen in months, and last night I only slept 6 hours and I feel fully refreshed. For me, this is incredible, as my nervous system is still recovering after a few difficult years, and I usually need to sleep 9 hours to feel fully rested. Such a shift in my energy.""The session helped me integrate certain emotions, allowing me to connect more deeply with my heart. The integration phase was especially important for me, it helped calm my nervous system and brought me a sense of inner peace. I highly recommend Sonja's work." What becomes possible: awakened intuition, nervous system resilience, emotional and spiritual purification, deeper connection to Source.PLEASE NOTEIt is recommended to avoid eating for two hours before the session, and to refrain from alcohol for 1-2 days beforehand. This session is not recommended for children, pregnant women from the third trimester (from week 28), or people with conditions such as epilepsy, or those with a tendency toward mania, delusions or psychosis. If you are taking recreational drugs or strong psychiatric medication, please reach out to me before booking so we can speak about whether this session is right for you.If you have any other concerns about whether this experience is appropriate for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch before registering.
