Sensual Movement, A guided somatic warm-up that invites your nervous system to soften, your breath to deepen, and your body to remember it is safe to feel.

Energy Transmission, 60 minutes of direct kundalini energy work. Your life force begins to rise at its own sovereign pace, clearing what is ready to be released, awakening what is ready to come online. You don't need to do anything except receive.

Sensual Grounding and Integration, We land together. Space to feel what has shifted, to breathe it in, to let it settle in your bones.

Sharing Circle, What wants to be witnessed, gets witnessed. You leave held, not alone.
