Shamanic Breathwork Journeying uses a breathing technique, chakra attuned music, and drumming or rattling to allow your unconscious to be made conscious through releasing a naturally occurring form of DMT in our brains. This manner of tapping into your own wisdom rapidly facilitates healing and transformation as it works on every level of your being at the same time (physical, energetic, emotional, spiritual and mental). All of the knowledge and wisdom lies within you, this process simply helps you to access, and integrate it into your life. Each session includes time for conversational verbal/emotional processing.
