Self-Love Coaching Consultation

Free-ish introductory session for self-love life coaching. Free-ish, meaning that if you choose to move forward with a coaching package or photo shoot, the price of this session will be deducted from it. 😊

What you get: 45 minutes to pick my brain, dip your toes into the waters of self-love, and see if we are a good fit.

Love is the root. This is my coaching method, and the compass by which I steer my life. Love is the medicine... the only medicine that you've needed has been within you all this time.

Because contrary to consumerism and capitalism, you don't need to buy the next shiny new thing to make your life better. You need to sit with yourself, spend some time in nature, be curious about your inner world... and perhaps have a coach to support you on that journey. 😉 (that's me)

• healing from heartache and trying to find the path back to yourself
• wanting to improve your communication and emotional landscape in relationship
