Total Nourishment - Bodywork
Total Nourishment is integrated, intuitive, practitioner-lead hands on healing for deep nourishment and sacred holding.
This work, to me, feels like a type of energetic gardening, operating at layers both somatic, spiritual and emotional. I use a combination of gentle flowing massage, reiki/energy healing, guided visualisation, devotional touch/body worship, and ritual. This can be co-created to meet your individual needs.
