In our sessions, we look at how your body responds, how your mind gets involved, and how past experiences, stress, or habits may be shaping what you feel today. The work is grounded, embodied, and practical, and never about forcing change.

You don’t need a clear goal to start. Curiosity is enough.

This space is for you if you:

• Want to feel more present in your body and less in your head
• Experience anxiety, pressure, or self-doubt around sex
• Are curious to understand yourself better

Sessions are available online worldwide or in person in Toulouse, for individuals or couples.
