We explore how anxiety shows up somatically, how arousal is disrupted by self-monitoring, and how pressure, shame, or past experiences can create a cycle that keeps repeating. The focus is on presence, regulation, and reconnecting with sensation — not chasing outcomes.

This is not about tricks, techniques, or trying harder. It’s about shifting the internal conditions that allow desire and confidence to return naturally.
