My one-on-one virtual coaching is for all genders and sexualities, all done via Zoom. Coaching packages start at 6 weeks because real change requires consistency and momentum.

This work supports singles and couples who want to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether that means improving communication, deepening intimacy, working through shame or patterns, or feeling more confident and authentic in their desires. Sessions are practical, personalized, and rooted in emotional awareness, embodiment, and accountability.

Available as a 6-week or 12-week coaching package, with limited single sessions offered on a case-by-case basis. Extensions to work longer are always available.
