If you are a postpartum birthing parent or mother (at any point postpartum), it is likely that you have lost touch with your self, with your individual identity before you became a mother/parent, and especially with your sensual, erotic self and even sexual intimacy (solo or partnered). This often manifests as low energy, lack of creativity or inspiration, irritability or anger, low mood, feeling distant or lack of connection with your partner, low libido or lack of interest in sexual intimacy or reduced capacity for pleasure, feeling a sense of 'loss' for your 'old self', feeling like your role or even your body is just for your baby or just for your partner, etc.

In this coaching session, I combine nearly a decade and a half as a midwife and holistic reproductive wellness practitioner + sex worker with my EroSomaTM Method to support you on reclaiming your self + identity while maintaining your role as caregiver, reconnect with your erotic self without shame after pregnancy and birth or while nursing, and rekindle intimacy with your partner(s) within a family dynamic.
