In this 2 day certification class you''ll learn my unique methodology that invites deep states of bliss, surrender, and activates the body's innate ability to heal itself. With gentle yet deep invitations to breathe, feel, open and receive.
The body wants to be witnessed, felt, experienced, and completely held. This is a sacred honoring of the body that is deeply relaxing, incredibly healing and recalibrating on a cellular level.
