What is a Yoni Steam? This practice is thousands of years old.

From India to Greece, Africa to Korea, the Mayan healing lineages to the Philippines, women across every culture and continent have gathered to sit over warm, herb-infused steam and tend to their womb. From the chajka steams of Mayan midwives to Korean chai-yok baths, women have long turned to warm herbal steam to nurture the womb, regulate cycles, and support postpartum healing.

The word yoni comes from Sanskrit, it means the entire female reproductive system. To steam the yoni is to honor the whole of her.

The warmth of the steam is thought to increase blood flow and circulation to the pelvic area, softening and nourishing the tissues of the reproductive system, potentially helping to remove blockages that affect fertility, painful periods, and overall pelvic health. Across cultures and throughout time, women have used yoni steaming to heal the body, heart, and mind from physical, sexual, and cultural trauma.

You come to my private home, where I've created a full ceremonial space just for you. Music. Sound. Oils. A goddess environment designed to hold you completely, so your nervous system can relax.

Before you arrive, I custom-blend your herbs, such as mugwort, red raspberry leaf, rosemary, basil, and others, which are chosen specifically for what your body is calling for. For example, mugwort gently stimulates stagnant or delayed menstruation, eases cramping, and offers antibacterial and antifungal properties. Rose soothes, cleanses, and opens the heart-womb connection.

I guide you 1:1 through the ceremony and steps of the process with breath, music, and sound. I can even steam alongside you if you would feel more comfortable that way.
