Integrative Pelvic Care
Pelvic Care is a 90-minute - 4hr long trauma-informed therapeutic session designed to support pelvic health, sexual wellness, nervous system support, and embodied reconnection. Combining somatic therapy, hands-on bodywork, and personalised education, this session addresses pain, tension, and holding patterns within the pelvis, abdomen, and surrounding structures.
Treatment is tailoured to each client and may include external pelvic and abdominal bodywork, hip release, breathwork, nervous system support, STREAM scar tissue remediation, and guided somatic awareness practices.
Sessions may support : Pelvic pain, endometriosis, menstrual discomfort, postpartum recovery (including birth trauma), diastasis recti, pelvic floor tension, prolapse support, interstitial cystitis, scar tissue, sexual pain (vaginismus, dyspareunia), chronic pelvic tension, and general pelvic reconnection and wellbeing. This work is gentle and deeply respectful of your pace and boundaries.

We will move slowly, and move at a pace that feels good for you. Your safety and comfort will be the central focus throughout the entire session.You'll want to show up for these sessions set up to get comfy. I often suggest making a little cozy nest for yourself with blankets, warm cozies, comfy clothes, having used the toilet, snacks, tea, water etc. Whatever supports you to feel more ease.
Devotional Care : Full Day Immersion
A day given entirely to your body, your pelvis, and your return to yourself.Step out of the rush and into a day held just for you. This immersion is a slow, sacred unfolding, centred on pelvic care and designed to soften the nervous system, release what the body has been holding, and bring you home to your own wholeness.We begin with a gentle, unhurried health intake over herbal teas and nourishing elixirs, so you can arrive, exhale, and feel truly heard. From there, you’ll be wrapped in the warmth of a pelvic (yoni) steam and a castor oil packing ritual, preparing the tissues and the spirit for deeper work.The heart of the day is extended, hands-on bodywork: spacious, attentive touch that supports scar tissue release, eases tension held in the pelvis, and invites your whole body into deep rest and renewal. Throughout, you’ll be nourished with aphrodisiac botanicals and potions from my Erotica Botanica apothecary, blended to awaken sensuality, soothe the senses, and honour your body’s pleasure and vitality.Come to be restored, to be tended, and to remember that your body is a place of devotion.

Somatic Sexology offers a trauma-informed, body-centred approach to sexual wellness, intimacy, and embodied self-connection. These sessions explore how stress, life experiences, and relational patterns are stored within the nervous system, and how that shapes pleasure, desire, boundaries, and connection.Through guided somatic awareness, education, consent-based practices, and nervous system support, clients are empowered to reconnect with sensation, confidence, and authentic self-expression.Sessions may support:Low libido, intimacy challenges, pelvic tension, vaginismus, sexual pain, shame and body disconnection, relationship difficulties, desire discrepancy, sexual trauma recovery, and deepening pleasure and relational wellbeing.

A 2hr Aphrodisiac Tea and Cacao Ceremony blending together mindfulness, herbal medicines, and somatic sexology practices for a slow exploration of self connection, expression, embodiment and sexual wellness.Through guided body awareness, intentional sipping, gently facilitated somatic practices and somatic inquiry, we will soften into the nervous system and listen to the subtle language of our body, removing layers of shame and allowing our erotic innocence to flourish.This is a space to move at the pace of your body.
