Together, we explore the intersection of your body, desire, relationships, intimacy, and the life you’re creating. We work with the patterns that keep you stuck, the protective strategies your nervous system learned long ago, and the places where you’ve lost touch with your own knowing.

That might mean reclaiming your boundaries, trusting yourself again, becoming more available for intimacy without abandoning yourself, or releasing patterns of overgiving, pleasing, overthinking, and disconnection.

We can also explore erotic embodiment: your relationship with pleasure, your capacity to receive, desires you’ve kept hidden, and the difference between what you genuinely want and what you’ve learned to want. We explore how you inhabit your body, communicate your boundaries, ask for what you want, and allow yourself to be truly seen.

We don’t force breakthroughs. We build the capacity to feel what is ready to be felt and create new ways of responding that feel sustainable.

This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more fully yourself: more embodied, more discerning, more connected to your desire, and more capable of intimacy without losing yourself inside it.

And eventually, the question changes.

Instead of asking, “Who do I need to become to have the life, love, intimacy, and pleasure I want?”

You begin asking, “What becomes possible when I stop abandoning the person I already am?”
