I am Sayano, also known as Spiralgoddess and founder of Tantra Tao Bodywork · The art of sensual living, conscious touch and embodied connection.

I am a curious soul, a dancer, an explorer and a woman who is still discovering the many layers of being alive.

My journey into Tantra began as a personal search for something I couldn't quite find within myself. I was once a shy, introverted woman, often disconnected from my body, my boundaries and my feminine power. I tended to give too much in relationships, seeking love and validation outside myself rather than feeling grounded in my own worth.

Tantra gradually changed my relationship with myself. It taught me to listen to my body, embrace my sensuality, honour my boundaries and discover a deeper source of energy within. And the beautiful thing is that the journey never really ends. Even after years of practising and teaching, I continue to discover new layers of openness, freedom and embodied pleasure.

Dance has been part of my life since childhood. Without knowing it, I was already exploring feminine expression through movement — from the fire of Flamenco to the fluidity of belly dance, and the playful freedom of pole dance. This lifelong relationship with movement eventually led me towards holistic massage, somatic bodywork, Tantra and Taoist practices.

Having lived and worked across different countries and shared experiences with some of Europe's renowned Tantra communities, I now bring together everything that has inspired me through Tantra Tao Bodywork. My work includes conscious touch, tantric bodywork, Taoist energy practices and educational journeys. I also have an interest in Shibari and gentle, consensual power exchange, exploring the beauty of trust, surrender and conscious boundaries.

Now Granada, Andalucía, is my home and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. I dream of planting the seeds of a conscious community and creating a space where people can meet, explore, learn and reconnect. I also love guiding others through the cultural, natural and sensory treasures of this beautiful region.

For me, sensuality is not simply about sexuality. It is about feeling alive, being at home in your body, embracing your desires and allowing yourself to experience life with curiosity and freedom.

I am here not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who continues to explore and would love to share the journey with you.
